Naomi Osaka launches her third clothing collection with Nike (PICS)

Former world number 1 Naomi Osaka has launched her third clothing collection with Nike. As Hypebae explains, the unisex range includes versatile pieces like long-sleeve ribbed turtleneck shirts, a soft gray utility-style cropped vest, tennis pants, sleek bolero-style tops and more.

Osaka, 24, is a four-time Grand Slam champion and one of the most notable Nike ambassadors in the world of tennis.

Meanwhile, Osaka kicked off its 2022 season at the Melbourne Summer Ser last week.

Osaka made the semi-final, before giving Veronika Kudermetova a surprise. “Sad to retire due to injury in my game today, my body took a shock playing two intense games after the break I took. Thank you for all the love this week last.

I’ll try to rest and see you soon!” Osaka tweeted.

Osaka starts 2022 positively

Before the start of Melbourne, Osaka said her goal was to just have fun on the pitch and never cry in the press room again.

Osaka looked happy on the pitch last week and it was certainly a positive start to 2022 after a difficult 2021 season. “I really only have one major goal this year, and it has nothing to do with results and things like that,” Osaka said.

“For me, I just want to feel like every time I step onto the pitch, I’m having fun. I can leave the field knowing that even if I lost, I tried as hard as I could. I also have a goal in the press room, which I will never cry again, so hopefully that will work in my favor.

“I just feel like for me, I’m the kind of person who cares a bit too much about results and standings and stuff like that. And I just need to find a way to enjoy the game because that’s why I was playing in the first place.

“I’m trying this. Of course, I don’t know if it will work well. I guess I’ll let you know after this tournament.”
