In the past, the NBA and Nike have enriched their partnership through the release of collaborative shoes, and after working together on a plethora of Air Force 1s, the two sides are expanding their portfolio with a collection of Dunks. This collection will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the NBA, and one of the team-focused iterations hitting shelves this fall is the NBA x Nike Dunk Low colorway “Brooklyn Nets”.

This palette of that impending makeup channels retro energy as it translates the colors of the New Jersey Nets franchise. The team’s accented gray hue touches most sections of the shoe, such as the tongues, toes, collars and quarters, while a navy blue is used to decorate the Swooshes, the front panels. -foot and heels. A crisp white overlay sits on the side and mid heels to complete its home uniform-inspired aesthetic. In terms of branding, an “NBA 75th Anniversary” embellishment replaces the Nike Air logos on the tongues while the side heels feature a Nets hit that combines logos from the New Jersey and Brooklyn eras. The exposed stitching on the midsoles is made up of a bold red and gives the shoe an extra amount of pop, while the outsoles are dyed entirely in navy blue.

Watch for their drop in October 2021 likely via SNKRS and other retailers.
